Your California Privacy Rights under the CCPA / CPRA
Does Inclusive Digital sell or share my personal information?
No. Inclusive Digital, Co. does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or monetary consideration, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
We share certain information with service providers (sub-processors) solely to operate the Inclusive Digital platform, for example, authentication, payment processing, and infrastructure hosting. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own commercial purposes. A full list is available on our Privacy Policy (Section 5).
Your rights as a California resident
Under the CCPA / CPRA, California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete personal information we hold about you (subject to certain exceptions).
- Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. (As noted above, we do not sell or share your information.)
- Limit use of sensitive personal information. (We collect only what is necessary to operate our services.)
- Non-discrimination, we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
How to submit a privacy request

Please include your full name and the email address associated with your Inclusive Digital account. We will respond within 45 days of receipt of a verifiable consumer request, as required by the CCPA. If we require additional time, we will notify you of the reason and extension period within the initial 45-day period.
You may also use the Account Settings page to delete your account via Profile Settings and all associated data directly.
Authorized agents
California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf. Authorized agents must provide written proof of authorization. We may require direct verification from the consumer to confirm the request.
